We collect information in the following categories:

• Information you provide directly — when you complete a contact, demo, sandbox, or design partner form, when you interact with our AI assistant, or when you create an account on the Service. This may include your name, business email, company or organization name, phone number, role, and the content of your inquiry.
• Chat conversation records — when you submit your contact details through the AgentLocus AI assistant, the conversation transcript leading up to that submission is included with your contact information so our team has context to respond accurately. Transcripts are handled per the same retention and security practices as other form submissions described below.
• Automatically collected information — when you visit the Site, we may collect your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and other diagnostic data, subject to your cookie preferences.
• Customer data (Service users only) — if your organization uses the AgentLocus platform, we process data you upload (producer records, license and appointment data, compensation records, continuing education records, compliance evidence) as a data processor on your behalf, governed by your subscription agreement with us.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries, provide demos, and prepare quotes.
• Deliver, operate, and improve the AgentLocus platform.
• Communicate with you about your account, security alerts, and product updates.
• Analyze Site usage to improve content and performance.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and understand how it is used. You control these via the cookie consent banner shown on your first visit. Essential cookies required for core functionality are always active; analytics and advertising cookies only run with your consent. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser storage.

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to operate the Site and Service. Each processes only the data needed to perform their function and is contractually required to protect it.

• Google Analytics — aggregate usage analytics. Runs only with your consent.
• Formspree — handles contact, demo, sandbox, and design partner form submissions.
• Anthropic— powers the AgentLocus AI assistant. Your messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. Messages are not used to train models.
• DigitalOcean — hosts the Site and Service infrastructure.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers listed above, with legal or regulatory authorities when required by law, or in connection with a corporate transaction (with prior notice).

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Form submission records are retained for up to 24 months. Service customer data is retained per the terms of the applicable subscription agreement.

Depending on where you reside, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. These include rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other applicable U.S. state privacy laws, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Economic Area, the UK GDPR, and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). AgentLocus serves clients across the United States. Your information may be processed in jurisdictions outside your own, including the United States. We rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site and Service are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page; the “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
